Position Summary:
The Manager, Content & Campaigns drives content strategy and integrated marketing campaigns that fuel pipeline growth. This role focuses on developing compelling content that resonates with our target audience, aligning messaging across channels, and executing campaigns that generate leads.
The ideal candidate is both creative and data-driven, with a deep understanding of content marketing, demand generation, and SaaS buyer journeys. You will work closely with demand generation, product marketing, sales, and customer success teams to craft engaging content and execute strategic campaigns that capture prospects and move them through the funnel.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Development:
Own and execute the content strategy to engage prospects and customers throughout the buyer journey.
Develop high-quality content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, webinars, videos, and email nurtures.
Collaborate with product marketing to create messaging that effectively positions our solutions and communicates value.
Manage external writers, agencies, and designers to scale content production.
Optimize content for SEO and distribution across owned, earned, and paid channels.
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, lead generation, and pipeline acceleration.
Align campaign themes and messaging with sales initiatives, product launches, and industry trends.
Coordinate across marketing functions (demand gen, social, paid media, ABM) to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
Analyze and report on campaign performance, optimizing for engagement and conversion.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with sales to develop enablement content and support pipeline acceleration initiatives.
Partner with demand generation to align content with paid, email, and ABM strategies.
Collaborate with customer marketing to create advocacy content and success stories.
Qualifications and Skills:
5+ years of experience in content marketing, campaign management, or a related marketing role in B2B SaaS.
2+ years experiencing managing a team
Strong understanding of demand generation principles and the SaaS buyer journey.
Exceptional storytelling and writing skills, with experience creating both short- and long-form content.
Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Salesforce, etc.).
Familiarity with SEO, paid media, and organic distribution best practices.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize content and campaigns.
